Abbey joins Parker Cowan from a career in employment and industrial relations in the health sector, and working alongside a Medico-legal insurer, where she advised health practitioners for near 7 years.
Abbey has vast experience in mediation and negotiation, having negotiated many contracts with Te Whatu Ora and other national health agencies. Abbey is particularly interested in employment law and dispute resolution and places great emphasis on the early resolution of matters to ensure fast and efficient service to her clients.
Originally from the North Island, Abbey and her young family moved to Queenstown to enjoy everything ski-related and outdoorsy. Outside of work, Abbey can be found exploring the Otago area, before curling up in front of the fire with a good book.
