Holly joins Parker Cowan with over 9 years’ experience in insurance, civil litigation, and dispute resolution.
Having both worked at the bar as a junior barrister and then for a large litigation firm specialising in insurance, she has a wealth of experience with trust and estate claims, negligence claims (including defective buildings), and other torts, construction disputes, and other commercial matters. She has acted for insurers, plaintiffs, defendants, and advised public bodies on a range of matters. Holly has recently returned from a brief stint in London where she worked at an international law firm on international construction law disputes.
Holly has also previously acted as a panel member on the Judicial Control Authority for racing and was a member of the Canterbury Law Society Litigation Committee before heading overseas.
When she is not working, Holly can be found exploring the great outdoors, including competing in expedition-length adventure races such as Godzone.
